Automatic Wheat Farmer Mod automatically plants wheat seeds in nearby empty farmland. Optionally it can also automatically harvest nearby (ripe) wheat. If you have seeds in your item bar, this mod will automatically plant them in any nearby farmland. Optionally you can have it automatically harvest nearby ripe wheat as well (to prevent griefing, this is only possible with planting enabled).
